Workflow Stats

Aggregate workflow_executions stats for the workflows.html KPI tiles.

Returns global counts over the last 24h plus per-workflow rows with their last run status. Empty case returns zeros / empty list, never 500.

Note: workflow_executions.status uses ‘completed’ for success and ‘failed’ for failure (engine.py); this endpoint maps ‘completed’ to successes_24h.
